If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product for whatever reason, kindly write to us at care@eightoclock.co.in along with your order number and photographs of the product(s) you are not satisfied with, with the reasons for the same.
This will enable our team to investigate what went wrong and get back to you. Please note, we do not accept return of products. In case of a verified quality concern, we will provide you with a fresh pack of coffee.
